For all dog sled rides, we can take two to three large adults or up to six kids in one sled. There is a 250 lb weight limit per customer. When you arrive we size everyone up based upon height and width to determine which sleds will work best for the group. We can do eight to sixteen groups per day, the first one usually starts at 9am. We tend to have more daylight after February 1 so a 4pm time slot is added. Rides go seven days per week, weekdays tend to be more available than weekends. During the Christmas/ New Years rush we add additional time slots. Check our BOOKING CALENDAR for availability.

Make sure you plan ahead and dress properly. It’s better to dress a little warmer than cooler, remember we are adding a 12-20 mph wind chill factor to the ride. Do not wear heavy or bulky winter clothing they tend to take up too much room in the sled.

Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time we have limited parking space and are working with other clients. Our driveway is part of the trail system we use vehicles in an out can be a potential hazard. If you arrive early please wait on the forest management road until your appointment time.

Please bring ski goggles or sun glasses, some form of face protection. With the melting and freezing snow the dogs are kicking up a lot of small snow chunks. Chemical hand warmers are NOT ALLOWED on site.
