Sissy, our purebred Belgian Malinois (see her Embark DNA results) is now officially a sled dog!…well kind of. Yesterday we had an open spot while harness breaking some of the puppies and it was her turn to take a spin at it. She’s almost 9 months old so a perfect age to learn new habits. “Start them young” is a common quote when training working dogs.
She figured it out right away without hesitation! Her buddy Freddy also did a great job on his first run too.
